Shipping and Returns

happiGut orders require 1-3 days to process orders from the time payment is processed. After your order has shipped, it may take 5-10 days for you to receive it. Shipping costs are calculated based on Canada Post shipping rates and services. Free standard shipping within Canada is available on minimum orders of $79.00 and above.  Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the shipping details with a tracking number for you to follow up on your order.

We do not currently ship internationally, but please check again as we are working on this and will announce details in our newsletter and on our site.

We cannot ship to a P.O. Box and orders cannot be picked up at our office or warehouse. 

HappiGut Satisfaction Guarantee

Our goal is to have a happiCustomer and as such we will handle customer returns with our customers satisfaction in mind. While we do our very best to ensure you are happy with our products we understand, this may not always be the case.

We will handle and process returns on a case-by-case basis fairly and reasonably and will do our best to take care of our customers.

happiGut products can be returned for any reason. Send the items back to us within 60 days and we’ll refund the full purchase price of the product minus the shipping cost (unless it was our error) via the same method of payment.

Unfortunately, once 60 days has passed, we are unable to refund your purchase.

How to return a happiGut product:

If you would like to return a happiGut product,

  1. Please email customercare@nutrifoods.ca with your order number, the item(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. One of our friendly Customer Care team members will reach out to you as soon as possible with the next steps
  3. We will pay the cost of shipping if an error was made on our part.
  4. Please address your return to address
  5. Please note your tracking number in order to follow up

A refund will be issued to the original form of payment made for your purchase
