At nutrifoods, we can’t get enough of the variety of smoothie bowls with a boost of happiGut. @cookingforabetterlife created this vibrant, vegan, guilty pleasure, without the guilt!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup water or milk of your preference

1 Teaspoon happiGut prebiotic fibre

2 smoothie pucks of your choice

Topping: homemade granola and strawberries.

Homemade granola

3 cups oats

3/4 cup peanuts

1/2 cup peanut butter

 1/2 cup maple syrup

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 cup coconut oil

Method:


Melt peanut butter, maple syrup and coconut oil over low heat until smooth.

Add in the rest of ingredients for granola and stir well.

Spread onto a lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 30 mins, stirring once halfway through. 

Mix together smoothie pucks, happiGut and milk of your choice.

Blend well and top with granola and strawberries
