3/4 cup oat milk
1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup cashews (soaked for 10 minutes in boiling hot water)
Juice from 1/2 a fresh lemon
2 teaspoons happiGut™️ Prebiotic Fibre ( 1 teaspoon per serving)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons oats
1-2 ice cubes
1 teaspoon blue spirulina powder
