Ingredients 1 med frozen or fresh banana chopped Pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon 1 heaped tablespoon of happiGut™ (per person) 1 1/2 cups of milk or dairy alternative 1/2 cup ice options: 1/4 to 1/2 cup of berries, 1/2 tsp honey Method Add all ingredients to blender. Blend till smooth. Enjoy.
